What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team consisting of an architect, developers, and testers.
• Ensure full budget and schedule accountability with regular progress reporting to senior management.
• Create a motivational environment through regular feedback, coaching, and meaningful challenges.
• Coordinate across projects within the SitaWare Headquarters program to meet overall objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expected results and deliverables.

Requirements

• IT-related Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in people and project management within an IT or software company.
• Proven experience managing product development teams.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Must present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years for security clearance.
