What you will do

• Design and develop algorithm strategies for user growth, focusing on user segmentation, intelligent recommendations, and incentive optimization.
• Build user lifecycle models, including LTV prediction, churn warning, and conversion prediction based on behavioral data.
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate growth strategies and drive continuous iteration.
• Explore user characteristics and behavioral patterns using machine learning and causal inference to improve retention.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate algorithms into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, or a related field.
• Available to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.
• Solid foundation in machine learning and familiarity with common models like LR, GBDT, and DNN.
• Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and strong SQL skills for independent data extraction.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Notable achievements in data science competitions such as Kaggle or Tianchi.
• Familiarity with Uplift Modeling and Multi-Armed Bandit methods.
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark or Flink.
• Publications in machine learning or data mining fields.
