What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government entities including MOHR, GOSI, MISA, and local municipalities.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and governmental procedures.
• Manage business licenses, renewals, and legal documentation for uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise the issuance and renewal of visas, work permits, and residency (Iqama) for all employees.
• Oversee the Saudization program and manage employment contracts via the Qiwa platform.
• Monitor updates to Saudi laws and provide timely insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Government Relations within logistics, e-commerce, or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, immigration rules, and business compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad systems.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to travel to Riyadh and other GCC countries as needed.
