On-Camera Content Creator (Short-Form Social Video)

What you will do

• Present short-form social videos for a new UK consumer brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Explain insurance, money, and everyday consumer decisions clearly and credibly on camera.
• Work with content teams to turn researched topics into engaging scripts, hooks, and delivery formats.
• Film in studio, office, home, or location-based settings and complete retakes as needed.
• Collaborate with creative, compliance, and design teams on tone, accuracy, captions, graphics, and supporting visuals.
• Track platform trends and improve hooks, pacing, retention, sharing, and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with clear, confident, and natural delivery.
• Experience creating or presenting short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Ability to explain consumer or money-related topics calmly and credibly, including numbers and carefully worded scripts.
• Good understanding of UK audiences and social media behaviour.
• Strong short-form storytelling instincts, including hooks, pacing, accuracy, and conversational delivery.
• Strong English communication is required; Spain-based candidates only.

Nice to have

• Background in presenting, journalism, content creation, UGC, acting, communications, personal finance, insurance, or consumer advice.
• Interest in insurance, personal finance, or everyday money decisions.
