What you will do

• Build a system for transforming Demilked.com's long-form tool comparisons, reviews, and best-of lists into engaging social media content.
• Test content formats and platforms to identify where the target audience is most active.
• Develop the brand voice and personality across social media.
• Own the full creative loop from ideation and production to publishing, performance analysis, and iteration.
• Identify successful directions that justify adding resources such as video editors and scriptwriters.
• Support the launch of the YouTube channel and use AI tools to accelerate creative and social media processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on ability to execute and test social media content ideas.
• Strong initiative and comfort working independently at an early-stage project.
• Ability to combine social media strategy with hands-on creation and execution.
• Up-to-date understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to guide decisions.
• AI-savvy mindset and interest in the creator economy.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to create content and streamline social media workflows.
• Experience supporting or launching YouTube channels.
