What you will do

• Coach and develop a team of 5 high-performing specialists managing payments, subscriptions, and fraud investigations.
• Baseline operational metrics including volumes, cycle times, and quality to build a prioritized improvement roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure operational insights directly shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis on ticket volume and escalations to drive permanent fixes at the source.
• Lead change management for process rollouts across Revenue Operations and Customer Happiness teams.
• Evolve the QA process from manual checking to a scalable quality framework featuring calibration and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing teams with a strong two-way feedback culture.
• Experience setting strategic direction and building execution plans that deliver measurable changes.
• Demonstrated success in continuous improvement, such as reducing handling time or deflecting ticket volume.
• Proficiency in data interpretation; experience with SQL or dashboarding tools is a plus.
• Conceptual knowledge of payments, subscriptions, or fraud management.
• Experience implementing process changes across cross-functional teams you do not directly manage.
