What you will do

• Edit live webinar recordings to create on-demand and alternate learning formats.
• Produce educational video content using professional editing techniques, audio enhancement, and graphics.
• Configure and manage webcasting platforms for live continuing education events.
• Facilitate live webinars and provide real-time technical support to presenters and attendees.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve media delivery and production workflows.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in supporting webinars, video production, or online learning environments.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with webinar platforms like ON24, Zoom Webinar, GoTo Webinar, or Webex.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
