What you will do

• Plan and execute shoots on location and in-studio, covering direction, camera work, lighting, and audio.
• Edit and post-produce polished, on-brand video assets.
• Produce high-volume short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create product explainers, walkthroughs, and feature highlights to improve conversion journeys.
• Integrate AI video and creative tools to increase production speed and scale.
• Manage the production pipeline and build a reusable library of footage and templates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video production and post-production with a diverse portfolio.
• Proven experience producing native content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Solid grounding in color grading, lighting, sound design, and subtitling.
• Demonstrated experience with AI video and creative tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Eindhoven, Netherlands.
