What you will do

• Provide end-user support and triage help desk requests via ticketing systems.
• Monitor enterprise system status, network outages, and system logs.
• Manage Windows operating systems, including imaging, patching, and antivirus updates.
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and ensure IAVA compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including backups, error log reviews, and integrity checks.
• Contribute to technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sacramento, CA.
• Minimum IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) required.
• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years experience or HS Diploma with 6+ years experience.
• Understanding of Windows patching, vulnerability remediation, and large-scale networking.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
