What you will do

• Partner with design and engineering leads to define, prioritize, and track project goals and deliverables.
• Manage sub-team workflows and project structures using Jira and Flow/Shotgrid.
• Decompose long-term objectives into actionable roadmaps while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Remove roadblocks and resolve dependencies across internal and external partner teams.
• Ensure feature quality by actively playing the game and comparing deliverables against quality targets.
• Foster a healthy team culture and facilitate effective communication across multi-disciplinary groups.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional game production experience.
• Must have shipped at least one full game development cycle from pre-production to release.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and project management tools like Flow or Shotgrid.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
