LinkedIn Executive Content Writer (AI)

Location: Remote, hiring in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain only; collaboration with a team in the EST Time Zone; all business is conducted in English.

What you will do

• Run the executive content program across two brands, maintaining a clear voice, content plan, and publishing rhythm for each executive.
• Interview executives and turn recorded conversations, talks, and appearances into authentic LinkedIn content.
• Write, edit, and manage approvals for executive posts across text, carousels, short video scripts, and repurposed content.
• Maintain executive context files covering voice, expertise, stories, and editorial boundaries.
• Coordinate a shared executive calendar around launches, webinars, and events.
• Track topics, formats, and voices that reach B2B buyers and use the findings to improve the content calendar.

Requirements

• Experience ghostwriting LinkedIn content for founders or executives, with samples demonstrating an authentic individual voice.
• Understanding of B2B buyers and considered purchasing decisions.
• Knowledge of commerce and growth topics including DTC, performance marketing, retention, and AI tooling.
• Ability to interview busy executives and produce content in several distinct voices.
• Strong editing skills, including removing marketing language while preserving the speaker's voice.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn formats and distribution, including hooks, carousels, native video, and comments.

Nice to have

• Daily experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools for research and ideation, with strong judgment about where AI assistance ends and editing begins.
