What you will do

• Prepare and maintain manufacturing demand forecasts using inputs from capital and service sales.
• Manage sales schedules by balancing demand with production, procurement, engineering, and logistics.
• Assess manufacturability and review material requirements in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
• Develop production and capacity scenarios, analyzing financial and cost impacts.
• Analyze risks and bottlenecks to optimize overall delivery plans and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, planning, project management, or cost estimation specifically related to boiler pressure parts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in planning tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Proven experience in sales phase planning, including capacity and schedule evaluations.
• Understanding of resource planning across engineering and production functions.
• English: B2+ proficiency (written and spoken).
