What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy internal backend systems and AI tooling using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build company-wide products with measurable impact on internal operational efficiency.
• Define the technical direction and architecture for developed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from People, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to design scalable APIs.
• Lead initiatives from ideation to execution, working closely with Product owners to deliver iterative value.
• Promote engineering best practices through tech talks and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience with microservice architecture and professional API design.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Strong commitment to writing clean, secure, and maintainable code.
• Ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders to productize manual processes.
• Drive to lead initiatives to completion and make data-driven decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office (hybrid model, minimum 12 in-office days per month).
