Engineering Manager (Go/Java)

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on real-time sensitive data detection pipelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Logs, APM, RUM, and Trust & Safety to align on roadmap priorities.
• Shape product direction by collaborating with Product teams to address customer needs and business impact.
• Contribute to design decisions and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers to foster a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with Go and/or Java.
• Track record of building distributed, streaming systems at scale.
• Experience managing engineers or readiness to step into a formal management role.
• Strong product acumen and a customer-first mindset.
