Team Lead (F/M/NB)

What you will do

• Lead projects for hirify.global Connect by turning requirements into actionable plans and facilitating prioritization and work distribution.
• Guide back-end and front-end software engineers and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA specialists.
• Drive the successful launch of new hirify.global Connect features and maintain existing functionality.
• Promote code reviews, automated testing, continuous deployment, and other software engineering practices.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of hirify.global Connect software components.
• Support team members in their professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Proven experience delivering products or features.
• Strong technical skills in at least one of Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, back-end engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
