Senior .NET & Azure Developer (HR Systems & Payroll): Designing and developing end-to-end integrations between HR systems and payroll platforms with an accent on data transformation, validation, and secure handling of sensitive employee data. What you will do
- Design and develop end-to-end integrations between HR systems, payroll platforms, and surrounding corporate applications.
- Manage data loading, transformation, validation, and aggregation for business-critical data flows.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and secure handling of sensitive employee and compensation data.
- Manage Azure configurations, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive technical solutions and architectural decisions within an Agile framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development and enhance system reliability.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with C#, .NET, and Azure.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong background in designing robust system integrations and API-based communication in enterprise environments.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR systems, payroll, or employee data integrations.
- Experience handling sensitive personal and compensation data.
- Knowledge of data integration tools like SSIS.
