What you will do

• Shape and execute the roadmap for scalable, automated survey processing on the Data Platform.
• Lead the migration from legacy pipelines to a modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow/Astronomer).
• Reduce time from survey completion to client availability through workflow automation and validation frameworks.
• Partner with Data, Software, and ML Engineering teams to translate complex pipeline needs into platform capabilities.
• Champion data quality, observability, lineage, and governance-by-design.
• Balance technical excellence with commercial impact to unlock measurable business value.

Requirements

• Product management experience in data platforms, data infrastructure, or highly technical B2B environments.
• Technical fluency in data modeling, orchestration (e.g., Airflow), transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt), and APIs.
• Deep understanding of data quality, observability, and GDPR compliance.
• Ability to define clear data contracts and scalable architectural patterns.
• Confident stakeholder management across engineering, research, operations, and leadership.
• Must be based in London, UK to satisfy hybrid office requirements.
