What you will do

• Inspect flight controllers (CubeOrange), update firmware, and upload parameters.
• Calibrate accelerometers, servos, compasses, and GPS modules.
• Perform functional testing of RC receivers and pre-flight configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with the team.
• Analyze root causes of issues and propose process improvements to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in assembling and configuring planes and multirotor drones.
• Proficiency in Ardupilot firmware configuration, including calibration, flight modes, and fail-safe parameters.
• Experience working with Mission Planner.
• Strong understanding of flight behavior in manual and FBWA modes.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux file systems and basic terminal commands.

Nice to have

• Practical experience flying quadcopters or planes.
• Ability to analyze Ardupilot logs to identify potential risks.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
