What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern AI-powered iPaaS platforms using LLM coding models.
• Build and maintain agents using modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) or multi-agent applications.
• Develop automation scripts and supporting tooling in Python and Bash.
• Implement end-to-end automated workflows that orchestrate tasks across multiple enterprise systems.
• Act as a technical expert ensuring quality and continuous improvement of AI generation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and drive the adoption of AI practices through workshops and playbooks.

Requirements

• Proven track record of architecting and maintaining enterprise-grade production systems as a senior, lead, or principal developer.
• Strong proficiency in backend software development and cloud application integrations.
• Experience with modern AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and multi-agentic workflows.
• Deep knowledge of AI agent configurations and guardrails to minimize hallucinations and optimize token usage.
• Professional experience with Python and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with FastAPI, Java, and relational/non-relational database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
