What you will do

• Deliver quality and timely monitoring reports for sponsor approval per Clinical Monitoring Plan timelines.
• Conduct on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits at investigator sites.
• Ensure data integrity and patient safety in accordance with specific country regulations through countrywide monitoring.
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) according to ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Plan day-to-day monitoring activities and set priorities per site.
• Manage travel and expense submissions according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal (Preference for candidates in Porto or Lisbon).
• Undergraduate degree in a clinical, science, or health-related field, or be a licensed healthcare professional.
• Completion of a CRA training program and previous clinical research experience.
• At least 4+ years of independent monitoring experience.
• Knowledge across therapeutic areas: Cardiovascular, Oncology, Rare Diseases, and CNS (Alzheimer's & Parkinson's).
• Employment: Available for a 1-year contract at 0.5 FTE (Part-time).
