Salary: ₱700,000 – ₱875,000

What you will do

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers and partners.
• Assess, document, and investigate reported customer issues.
• Formulate and communicate effective resolution plans.
• Reproduce case scenarios to identify root causes.
• Provide clear, professional responses and document corrective actions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in technical support.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to commute to Taguig City 3 days per week.
• In-depth knowledge of IT and system administration.
• Understanding of networking, data transport, and encryption.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with .NET applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in multiple languages.
• Prior or current security clearance.
