What you will do

• Lead the technical development of new formulations from concept through commercialization.
• Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments independently.
• Optimize product performance through systematic testing and scientific analysis.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Support innovation projects focused on cleaning and hygiene solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in formulation chemistry.
• Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and raw material functionality.
• Proven ability to independently design and execute experiments.
• Strong laboratory skills and a hands-on mindset.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of biocides, disinfectants, or regulatory frameworks such as BPR or EPA.
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma methodologies.
