TL;DR
Technical Operations Specialist (AI): Managing enterprise customer environments and data workflows with an accent on SQL-based database operations, custom reporting, and platform configuration. Location: Must be based in Vienna, Austria, and hold a valid work permit for Austria.
Salary: Minimum EUR 36,000 gross annually.

What you will do
- Translate customer requirements into technical reality by setting up and tailoring platform environments.
- Handle bulk data updates and large-scale imports while maintaining high data quality.
- Build and maintain custom reporting for enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Act as a technical point of contact during customer calls to explain complex topics simply.
- Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot roadblocks and develop automations.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid work permit for Austria.
- 2-3 years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst.
- Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working directly with databases.
- Strong Excel skills and general tech-savviness.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Ability to translate technical details into simple language for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Scripting skills in JavaScript or Python.
- Fluent German.
- Experience in SaaS or digital-solutions companies.
- Degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- Previous experience in technical support, procurement, or supply chain.
