Location: Vienna, Austria; possibilities to work from home are available.

Annual gross minimum salary: EUR 33,880, with potential for a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Manage company hardware and internal SaaS applications.
• Provide first-level IT support and answer internal IT-related questions.
• Collaborate on IT optimization projects, internal rollouts, and user and permission management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.

Requirements

• Technical education, such as HTL, or a comparable background.
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient English language skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a related technical role.
• German language skills.
