What you will do

• Contribute to digital IC design, verification, and Design-for-Test (DFT) activities.
• Develop and evaluate DFT architectures, algorithms, and methodologies.
• Analyze digital circuits to improve testability, coverage, and diagnosis capabilities.
• Implement and validate DFT solutions using industry-standard EDA tools.
• Conduct research on digital design challenges and prepare technical reports for a Master's thesis.
• Collaborate with digital design, verification, product engineering, and test teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of digital electronics fundamentals, logic design, and computer architecture.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be available to work onsite in Catania, Italy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hardware description languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL).
• Basic programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
