What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Wireline eCommerce experiences across hirify.global.com and the mobile app.
• Optimize digital acquisition, upgrade, and self-service customer journeys to increase conversion and user satisfaction.
• Lead a cross-functional product squad through the full lifecycle from ideation and requirements to launch and optimization.
• Oversee QA performance and quality metrics, monitoring release readiness and defect trends across the digital portfolio.
• Utilize analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Power BI to inform product decisions and measure KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategic objectives and secure buy-in.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, eCommerce, or Digital Product Development.
• Proven track record of managing web and mobile digital products through the complete product lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Experience using digital analytics and CX platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Tableau).
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, and work onsite.
