Senior DevOps Engineer (EdTech)

What you will do

• Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3) following best practices.
• Develop production-grade Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerize services and manage orchestration with Docker and Amazon ECS/EKS (Fargate) to ensure zero-downtime releases.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Configure observability and security tools including CloudWatch, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and Security Hub.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with SRE and product teams to improve release velocity.

Requirements

• Proficient level of Polish and English required.
• Strong experience with Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC best practices).
• Proven expertise in Docker and ECS/EKS orchestration (Fargate preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash and either Python or Go.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (API Gateway, SNS, SQS), cloud cost optimization, and networking (Linux, Windows, Cisco).
