What you will do

• Design and implement secure, fault-tolerant AWS architectures at scale and contribute to the cloud roadmap.
• Build complex CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Analyze infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-efficiency optimizations.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system-wide issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Design and enforce secure infrastructure patterns while conducting regular security audits.
• Mentor team members and drive the adoption of emerging DevOps tools and AWS services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role with significant AWS expertise.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale AWS solutions.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and microservices architectures.
• Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Expertise in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Relevant AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty).
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of VPC design, network security, and cloud security principles.
• Understanding of compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
