What you will do

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks and SOPs across multiple remote sites.
• Manage regional budgets and P&L, targeting 5–10% YoY cost savings and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead HSEQ leadership and emergency preparedness, ensuring 100% audit compliance.
• Direct performance management and coach site leaders to meet KPIs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee workforce planning, including major purchases and staffing plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in hospitality or remote camp operations.
• Must be able to work in remote northern climates (Nunavut) with a 20/10 rotational schedule.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field.
• WHMIS and other safety certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to fly-in/fly-out locations.
