What you will do

• Lead the development of complex features and projects within the Enterprise Solutions Unit.
• Ensure the overall quality, performance, and coding standards of the backend codebase.
• Design and maintain comprehensive CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle and resolve critical incidents, providing detailed post-mortem analysis.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of backend experience with at least 2 years of current experience in Go.
• Expertise in Golang, distributed systems, design patterns, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in designing high-performance, secure, and scalable APIs.
• Strong understanding of SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) and database design.
• Must be based in Cyprus.
