What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs in Go.
• Build systems for managing datasets, model assets, metadata, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop reliable services supporting AI/ML evaluation pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Implement scalable backend components with a focus on reliability and observability.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong experience building backend systems using Golang.
• Proven track record in designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions such as Grafana.
• Must be based in Romania, United Kingdom, or Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Background in building data platforms, analytics systems, or developer infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or MLOps workflows.
• Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP).
