What you will do

• Lead and mentor Technical Operations engineers across multiple time zones to foster a culture of innovation.
• Own 24/7 operational stability, managing incident response, escalation procedures, and root cause analysis.
• Implement and maintain SRE practices, including SLOs, error budgets, and reliability engineering principles.
• Drive automation initiatives using Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Establish robust monitoring and alerting using APM tools and diagnostic dashboards.
• Develop operational roadmaps and provide executive reporting on metrics and team performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical operations, with 4+ years leading SRE or infrastructure teams.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in GCP/AWS networking, security, and cost management.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations, including on-call and global team coordination.
• Deep knowledge of Linux, networking protocols, and security practices.
• Experience with change management and compliance (e.g., SOC2).

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in GCP or AWS (Solutions Architect).
• Experience with enterprise networking, wireless infrastructure, or IoT devices.
• Expertise in vulnerability management and regulatory frameworks.
• Academic background in Computer Science or Engineering.
