What you will do
- Develop optimized AI libraries and related software stack components.
- Drive performance optimization of AI models running on a unique hardware architecture.
- Implement low-level software and firmware for AI kernels.
- Collaborate with the AI software team to unlock new levels of performance for AI workflows.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in C/C++ programming focusing on performance-critical, distributed, or resource-constrained systems.
- Proficiency in writing AI kernels for GPUs (e.g., GEMM, FlashAttention).
- Deep understanding of HW/SW interfaces, memory management, and SIMD/vectorization.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing and debugging complex low-level issues.

- Experience with ML accelerators and AI compilers.
