Software Engineer (.NET/Java)

What you will do

• Design and implement software across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and database.
• Produce clear architectural diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans following industry best practices.
• Write meaningful automated tests, including Unit, integration, and functional automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer success.
• Ensure all development adheres to company quality, security, and architecture standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in software development.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Expertise in .NET and/or Java (Spring Boot experience is a major plus).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in writing and documenting public and private APIs.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code, and Relational Databases (MySQL, Postgres).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with alternative datastores such as OpenSearch or Redshift.
• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and their associated security considerations.
