What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain native Windows desktop applications and cloud-based services, including RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.
• Own the design and implementation of key system components, translating product requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Support modernization initiatives for the cloud platform's architecture and infrastructure.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and perform thorough code reviews to improve development standards.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to performance and system reliability.
• Utilize AI-assisted software development tools to increase efficiency across the SDLC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and C# for Windows applications, and C#/ASP.NET with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for cloud services.
• Strong understanding of OOP, memory management, SOLID principles, and modular architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Valid work authorization for Taiwan is required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx) and micro-frontend architecture.
• Deep expertise in native Windows debugging and performance profiling (WinDbg, Visual Studio Profiler).
• Expertise in performance optimization and security best practices.
