What you will do

• Review and moderate mods and addons in the CurseForge library to maintain quality and safety.
• Approve, reject, or provide feedback on content based on EULA and ToS policies.
• Collaborate with Support, R&D, and QA teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Manage creator inquiries through multiple communication channels.
• Optimize project uploading processes and develop instructional guides and articles.
• Generate daily and weekly reports for HQ.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• At least 1 year of experience in user support.
• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and prioritization.

Nice to have

• Experience in software companies or technological environments.
• Understanding of various file types and folder structures.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Java or LUA.
• Experience as a Minecraft player.
