What you will do

• Assist with machine setup, build preparation, material loading, and powder handling for LPBF and MBJ systems.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and general housekeeping.
• Support powder recycling, sieving, storage, and material traceability requirements.
• Maintain production records, inspection documentation, and work order tracking.
• Perform visual inspections of parts to identify and report defects.
• Operate hoists and other material handling equipment following safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and protective clothing.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying objects up to 45 lbs.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or production.
• Exposure to 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or CNC equipment.
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, medical, or automotive.
• Technical school, vocational training, or an associate degree in a related field.
