What you will do

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to accelerate secure feature delivery.
• Define and maintain infrastructure standards using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Embed automated security controls, such as SAST and secret detection, into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Champion observability and reliability using platforms like Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure patterns for networking, identity, and workload isolation.
• Strengthen incident response readiness through improved alerting, logging, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency with Terraform and container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS).
• Proven experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, IAM, and secret management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
• Experience with observability platforms like Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
• Must be based in Sydney for hybrid work.
