• Lead the development of technical requirements, designs, and implementation plans aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Drive the high-quality delivery of software using advanced development techniques and programming strategies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance organizational performance and product delivery timelines.
• Lead performance testing efforts, define workload models, and optimize application efficiency.
• Act as a technical mentor for engineering teams, fostering collaboration and guiding best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives and manage major initiatives and risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering at a principal level.
• Strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Must be located in the United States for employment eligibility.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
