Service Operations Professional (Cybersecurity): Managing compliance with lawful requests and disclosure of information under the Investigatory Powers Act with an accent on technical operational resolution and system testing. Focus on designing disclosure processes, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring secure data disclosure for critical national infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (3 days office based & 2 days remote) in Bristol or Bletchley. SC Security Clearance is required; candidate must have lived in the UK for 5+ years to obtain clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the resolution of technical operational issues, collaborating with and supporting wider technical support teams.
• Develop and maintain processes for the lawful disclosure of information to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
• Execute and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, configurations, and integrations.
• Investigate data errors and system issues to drive procedural or technical changes to prevent recurrence.
• Optimize working processes between disclosure teams and Technology (Networks) support.

Requirements

• Experience in Information Management, Change Management, and Technical Support.
• Strong Decision Making and Quality Assurance capabilities.
• Must be eligible for SC Security Clearance (minimum 5 years UK residency).
• Expert knowledge of Fixed and Mobile disclosure products and lawful disclosure methods.
• Technical expertise in disclosure systems such as CUBO, DRD, ETL, and GCP, including their architecture.
