What you will do

• Respond to incoming calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans in a professional manner.
• Document member information and inquiries accurately in the company system.
• Provide answers to member questions following established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments.
• Research unique issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss department issues and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable home internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps).
• Ability to participate in video meetings and maintain a professional work-from-home environment.
