What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Portuguese-speaking customers, focusing on retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Triage and resolve customer support tickets using Intercom and AI tools.
• Deliver customer onboarding for new clients and create help center articles to reduce recurring queries.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and partners to develop business expansion strategies.
• Provide feedback and input for potential product optimizations and new feature requests.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week onsite at the Aarhus office
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Interest in commercial customer management and the compliance field
• Quick learner capable of mastering CRM and support software
