What you will do

• Optimize manufacturing engineering processes and factory operations.
• Evaluate equipment performance and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Apply academic knowledge to hands-on projects supporting business goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Perl, and/or Python.
• Ability to read and interpret hardware (HW) specifications.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Electromagnetic Theory, Signal Integrity, Power Delivery, or Voltage regulator design.
• Experience with modeling and simulation software.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility.
