Location: Onsite in Uruguay. Full relocation support is provided for the employee and their family.

What you will do
- Manage a defined portfolio of clients, acting as the primary remote contact via calls, chats, and email.
- Identify early churn or risk signals and escalate them to maintain client retention.
- Drive the accuracy of client profiling data and ensure Source of Funds (SoF) readiness.
- Validate client information through documentation and open-source checks.
- Ensure all interactions adhere to AML, KYC, and internal risk standards.
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to resolve client issues and smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Native Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of financial products and the client lifecycle.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Uruguay.

- Investment licenses or financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, Series licenses).
