What you will do

• Build and scale core mobile and web features including entry placement, confirmation, and bet history.
• Investigate and resolve critical client-side issues while implementing guardrails to prevent regressions.
• Lead cross-platform design reviews for iOS, Android, and React Native initiatives.
• Partner with backend, product, and design teams to ensure fast and consistent user experiences.
• Turn ambiguous goals into concrete, executable plans with clear milestones.
• Coach other engineers on design reasoning and establish reusable patterns across the codebase.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in React Native.
• Solid grasp of native iOS and Android layers.
• Proven track record of solving cross-cutting, ambiguous problems across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading technical initiatives with measurable impact on performance or reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Background in sports, fantasy, or gaming industries.
• Experience with high-stakes transactional flows like wagering or betting.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Datadog, or similar instrumentation tools.
