Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end document journey from initial customer lead to final paid invoice.
• Build features for job costing and profitability, giving Pros visibility into project margins.
• Ensure financial documents and transaction flows maintain strict data accuracy and logical alignment.
• Partner with Payments, Reporting, and Accounting teams to streamline document automation.
• Manage PRDs, backlogs, and sprint planning to ship high-impact features.
• Define and track core performance metrics, including feature adoption and workflow conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Strong aptitude for data modeling, workflow logic, and handling edge cases in platform architecture.
• Ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global development teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of US business accounting workflows, job costing, or sales tax concepts.
• Experience with invoicing, AP/AR workflows, billing, or ERP integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Familiarity with the home construction, remodeling, or trade business operations.
