What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to prioritize customer, market, and brand research aligned with strategic goals.
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research using panel studies, surveys, focus groups, and AI-enabled methodologies.
• Analyze and interpret data to produce unbiased, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate decision sessions with stakeholders to ensure recommendations are accepted, rejected, or deferred with documented rationale.
• Lead a monthly Research Council sponsored by the CMO to prioritize research and track the outcomes of approved actions.
• Measure the contribution of implemented recommendations to conversion, retention, brand performance, and revenue.

Requirements

• Senior experience in consumer and marketing insights with strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
• Ability to connect customer understanding with business strategy and communicate findings to C-level stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset in identifying critical unanswered business questions.
• Skill in facilitating alignment and obtaining explicit decisions from senior stakeholders.
• English: Confident speaker required
