What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of French-speaking customers from contract signing throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Drive customer retention and renewals while identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion.
• Triage and resolve customer support tickets using Intercom and AI-powered tools.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding for new customers.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and partners to develop business expansion strategies.
• Analyze recurring customer requests to create help center articles and suggest product optimizations.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week onsite at the Aarhus office.
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• Interest in commercial customer management and the compliance field.
• Willingness to learn CRM and standard support software.
