Location: Maia, Portugal; frequent travel to customer sites across Europe during project deployment phases.

What you will do
- Support projects throughout their life cycle to ensure compliance with internal and external EHS rules and regulations.
- Identify statutory EHS requirements, perform risk assessments, and define mitigation measures.
- Develop EHS plans and support the availability of permits, authorizations, certificates, and required authority notifications.
- Implement EHS training concepts and review contractors’ safe work method statements and risk assessments.
- Conduct site inspections, investigate and record incidents, and monitor corrective actions.
- Define EHS requirements for contractor selection and evaluate contractor EHS performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of site-related experience in industrial, construction, or a similar business.
- Technical competence in occupational safety and health, including risk assessment, hazard identification, safety management systems, emergency preparedness, PPE, training, and accident investigation.
- Knowledge of relevant occupational safety, health, and environmental laws, regulations, EU directives, and national legislation.
- Mandatory experience in global projects and/or interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent English is required.
- Readiness to travel frequently, approximately 60–80% of the time, to customer sites across Europe.
