What you will do

• Create and configure AI-powered tools and workflows for quality assurance and technical support.
• Develop instructions and prompts using generative AI platforms like OpenAI or Claude.
• Prepare knowledge bases, examples, and reference materials for AI-driven tools.
• Test and refine AI-generated outputs to identify and fix inaccuracies or incompleteness.
• Collaborate with QA, Technical Support, and Development teams to improve AI solutions.
• Research and implement new generative AI capabilities to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• Practical experience with LLM-based generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude).
• Ability to write clear, structured instructions and prompts.
• Understanding of JSON objects and their structure.
• Basic understanding of APIs, including GET and POST requests.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and identify quality issues.
• Must be based in Vilnius to participate in daily team socialization and on-site activities.

• Basic programming or scripting skills.
